Mediante este trabajo de flexi\u00f3n, la nanoestructura cristalina de la capa se vuelve extremadamente fina y desarrolla una viscosidad similar a la masa con el efecto de una menor fricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este hecho, elimina la necesidad de rodaje prolongado para motores y cajas de engranajes, reduciendo la contaminaci\u00f3n del aceite y alargando los intervalos de reemplazo hasta en un 100%. Otra ventaja es la reducci\u00f3n en un 10% en la generaci\u00f3n de calor, y hasta un 50% menos de ruido en comparaci\u00f3n con las piezas rectificadas convencionalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Otra mejora es la reducci\u00f3n de micro picaduras en engranajes. Aqu\u00ed, la rotura local de la pel\u00edcula lubricante produce fricci\u00f3n mixta y presi\u00f3n excesiva. Esto nos lleva, como efecto de desgaste, a un aplanamiento en el punto de contacto. El par\u00e1metro individual m\u00e1s importante es la rugosidad de la superficie. Con valores por debajo de 0.2 Ra, s\u00f3lo conseguidos mediante acabado OTEC, se pueden reducir significativamente las micro picaduras.<\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de optimizar el peso, en la competici\u00f3n o en el sector de la automoci\u00f3n de alta gama, no s\u00f3lo se est\u00e1 luchando contra cada gramo, tambi\u00e9n las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, como la electromovilidad, plantean grandes desaf\u00edos para los desarrolladores. Un redondeo bien definido del filo de corte aumenta, entre otros aspectos, la vida \u00fatil de las herramientas de corte, hasta tres veces.<\/p>\n<p>Con nuestro proceso, no solamente se redondean los filos de corte, sino que adem\u00e1s se suavizan; lo cual lleva a menos micro-roturas y a una mejor evacuaci\u00f3n de la viruta filamentosa. Si adem\u00e1s, aplicamos a las piezas recubrimientos de PVD o CVD, tras un corto proceso de mecanizado, se puede apreciar c\u00f3mo disminuyen las fuerzas de rozamiento, as\u00ed como el desgaste.<\/p>\n<p>Al pulir piezas de conformado se pueden alcanzar valores-Ra de hasta 0,02 \u00b5m aumentando claramente la superficie de agarre.
